All lawyers of the company are licensed as German Lawyers and are members of the Lawyers’ Chambers of Frankfurt am Main, Bockenheimer Supplement 36, 60322 Frankfurt am Main, Tel.: 069/17009801, Fax: 069/17009850 (www.rechtsanwaltskammer-ffm.de). The job title “Lawyer” (male and female) was awarded to the members of the company on the basis of the German legal rules by the respectively responsible Ministry of Justice after passing the 2nd judicial State Examination and a special licensing procedure by the president of the respective District High Court responsible for its office. All lawyers of the company are thus subject to the German regulations of the Federal Lawyers Decree (BAtt.O), the Professional Decree of the Lawyers (BROA), the Special Attorney Decree (FAO) and the Decree of Federal Fees for Lawyers (RVG).
