Residential property law
Apartment owners live in a common fate community
One says, ownership of an apartment connects the disadvantages, which result from the property, with the disadvantages which arise from the tenancy. Apartment owners have to provide together for the acquisition of the communal property and have to pay monetarily for this. Legal regulations of the cooperation are required, so that mutual disturbances do not arise at all or can be at least kept on side for a long period. “Moving out” just like that is not possible, because the obligations from the property continue to exist.
The Residential property law (WEG) is the basis of contractual regulations for the residential property. Among the rest, the following are explained
- Rights and duties of the apartment owners,
- the delimitation between special and communal property,
- the position of the house supervisor as well as
- the grant of special rights of use.
Before the acquisition of residential property, a number of legal and formal questions are to be cleared. Lessing | Trebing | Bert stand with pleasure at your service.
