Law of competition

The Law of competition deals with the behavioral rules which a company must take into consideration while advertising customers and in working with competitors. The law against the unfair competition (UWG) protects not only the protection of the competitors, but also particularly the protection of the consumer. Similarly, the UWG grants the right to go forward against competitive offense, when required also legally, only to the companies standing together in the competition as well as to some federations and associations. The UWG is supported by the brands and copyright.

Lessing | Trebing | Bert support you in all fields of the law of competition and accompany you, if necessary, through all instances of
  • simple legal reminders about competition,
  • penal-reinforced omission declaration,
  • legal execution in the form of actions of omission and temporary possession procedures
  • the final declaration.

Naturally we also advice you with regard to legal information about competition and damage compensation claims.
