Real estate law

The Real estate law is in the actual sense not an independent field of law. It includes a number of legal questions, which partly overlap each other. The Real estate law in the broadest sense is involved, amongst others, with
  • the planning (Land ownership law, Residential property law, Public law),
  • the acquisition or the construction of a real estate (Purchase law, Estate agent law, Building law),
  • the financing (Bank law),
  • the usage (Rent/ Pact law) or
  • the maintenance of a building (Work, Service and Leasing contract law).

For potentially involved persons, problems of the claim collection are less pleasant and the compulsory negotiation or the receivership. Even questions regarding inheritance law or tax law can play an importance role in the Real estate law.
